Hilal Cebeci, born July 4, 1976 in Istanbul, is a Turkish singer, actress, and TV personality. She blew up in the early 2000s with her mega-hit “Köylü Güzeli,” which was both her debut single and album title. The song’s massive success earned her the “Best New Female Artist” award at the 6th Kral TV Video Music Awards in 1999. She’s since appeared in a bunch of Turkish series and films, and stayed in the spotlight with her bold style and social media presence.
